Each one of us has a story to tell, and as the storyteller, we are in the continual process of watching it unfold, making sense of it, and acting. Sharing your story with another is an act of utmost vulnerability. As a mental health therapist, I feel myself most fortunate to be someone with whom stories are shared, made sense of, and affected for the better.
